"Just a quick note to say thank you and let you know how much Dan and I enjoyed the Wairarapa Wine Cave lunch on Saturday. We were sorry that you didn't accompany the tour--it would have been lovely to have been able to speak to you a little more, especially given the dramas you and I went through to get us along! Roger and Nicola were wonderful hosts and so very generous with their time and knowledge. They made us feel as if we were their most important guests all day, which is even more amazing when you consider that a wedding party was taking place at the venue later that afternoon. special.". ~Jared Gulian Visitors Book It is just over 9 years since we put our first visitors book at Cellar Door. In that time we have had great feedback. We thought it would be good to share some of it. The very first entry (on 12 October 2001) was from Ann Marie Stain from Toronto in Canada. She said "Lovely vineyard, lovely wine, well done!". The last entry was from Best Ede of Vermont Hills in Illinois on 24 January 2010. She said "Awesome!!". In between we have had so much praise it really motivates us to keep on improving what we can offer at what many consider to be New Zealand's best winery experience. Here's some more feedback, and let's hope the next 9 years give visitors to Murdoch James Estate so much pleasure!!
